Welcome to Vivamos (the “App”), a platform owned and operated by Vivamos UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our vision is to inspire people to connect over shared interests and experience life to the fullest, using technology as a tool to enrich, not replace, real-world interactions.

Vivamos is a social media application that helps people discover, connect, and meet around shared activities and events. The App allows users to:
- Post Activities: Share upcoming activities or events.
- Request to Join: Express interest in another user’s posted activity.
- Accept/Decline Requests: Manage who participates in your activity.
- Access User Profiles: View other users’ public profiles, interests, and posted events.
- Share Memories: Upload photos or recaps of past activities and events.
- B2B Event Partnerships: Event planners and venues may post ticketed or paid events.
3. Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Vivamos. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you represent and warrant that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or posting activities.
4. Account Registration and Security
By registering, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and notifying us of any unauthorized use.
5. User Conduct and Community Guidelines
Respectful interactions are required. Prohibited behaviors include:
- Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
- Posting illegal, offensive, or misleading content.

6. Posting Activities and Attending Events
Users are responsible for their activities and interactions. Vivamos is not liable for in-person events.
7. B2B Partnerships
Businesses using Vivamos for events must comply with all legal requirements.
8. User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of content but grant Vivamos a license to use it for platform operations.
9. Payments and Refunds
Transactions for paid events are managed via third-party payment providers.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Vivamos is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uninterrupted service.
11. Limitation of Liability
Vivamos UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is not responsible for damages arising from the use of the App.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and notify users via email or through the platform.
